Garen stopped, and without looking up called out. "I don't really like being followed. Care to come down here and explain yourself?" He had heard the whistling quite clearly, considering it was relatively quiet around. He also heard Carter call out to him, but he simply ignored him for now, being more curious about the figure up in the tree. He turned and looked up at what seemed to be a man up in the tree. But he couldn't be sure.

Garen sighed in annoyance, but didn't let it get to him. He leaped unp into the air, flying a good fifteen feet, and landed on a branch. The repeated the action, getting up to Malice in little time. "So, you're stalking us? I believe that's the same as following in some circumstances." He said, standing up straight, and balancing precariously.

"Well if you want to get technical fine, I'm stalking you. I've taken an interest in your group and I am fine with messing with you all now and again." Malice says while standing up and twirling his rose in his hand.

Garth waited patiently to finalize his shield and then teleported behind Malice. He let out a maniacal laugh after hearing him speak. "In what way are you messing with us? Was it that absurd deal that backfired on you because that definitely caused problems for me" He said in a sarcastic tone. "So then tell me exactly what your true intentions are because frankly I am getting a little annoyed. All I want to know is that you won't get in the way of my research and we won't have any problems."

Malice points his rose as Garen. "Well as for your deal I simply was going to use you as a tether keeping me here indefinitely. But I have no trouble walking around and amusing myself with mortal affairs. My intentions are simply personal entertainment if that requires working with you so be it."

"If your personal enjoyment is mayhem, we'll have a problem." Garen warned plainly. "You're not the only one with powers beyond normal comprehension." He looked at Garth, then back at Malice. "You two may join us if you wish, and I assure safe transport until we can depart from this world." Unless they start anything first. He simply took a step back and fell from the tree, landing in a crouch on a soft patch of dirt next to it. He finally made his way back to the car, and glanced at Carter. "Apologize, I was speaking to two others. Would it be a problem if they join us? They seem to be in the same situation as us." Garen opened the door, and adjusted the seat so that the others could get in the back. "How much was all this stuff?" Garen asked Carter. "I'm assuming this place doesn't take credits, so I would like to keep track of our money."

"Worth a knock out" Carter said as he pointed towards the knocked out cashier behind the desk inside the shop. "And yes, they can" he then lowered his tone of voice a little "but keep an eye on them." He then hopped in the car's driver seat. "We should wait for the other one, he's in there wiping the camera data."

"Ugh humans, you all think alike." Malice hoped off the tree landing in his feet. He twirled his rise in his left hand putting it behind his back and bowing. "You may call me Mal and It seems I will be accompanying you all for the time being. If you have little to no feelings of selling your soul I'm your man."

"A city I glimpsed in meditation." Garen replied to Malice, looking at him while still holding the door open for Garth. "And hopefully we can find a way off this planet." He looked back to Carter. "I understand this was all necessary." He said, replying to his previous statement. "But next time, try for a more peaceful solution."

Garth walked over to the vehicle and began to shake his head slowly. "I can keep up with you all not to worry and is the city really the best option I mean we wouldn't want to attract too much attention to ourselves now would we?" Garth said.

"I'm a cop. If there was an effective peaceful solution, I wouldn't have done what I did" Carter muttered. "Ready up!" he shouted to the people on the back as he revved up the engine "Which way, spaceman?" he told Garen as he grabbed the wheel firmly and got ready to step on the pedal.
