(you can make a fleet out of only ship girls you can keep up with daily fuel/ammo)
(if you wish to trade out ship girls then if you ever get them back they will be less effective and the same with any sister ships/trading with another admiral will not cause this effect)
(note your first fleets flagship will be your Secretary this will come in play in the none battle portions)
(kai units cant be bought you must work with there base form first)
(only one ship with the same name aloud (we don't need two Shimakaze and such)
(if two want the same ship in there fleet please try to settle it in a calm manner.)
(a dice roll generator will be used for ship leveling .... if you can think of a better system please tell me)
