The ligers cockpit opened up and trace hopped out landing on the ground with practiced ease to meet up with Voras "so how many more do you think we will need to scrap before they get the hint to give up ... i wonder if it is possible to jack one?"trace mumbled the last part. Meanwhile the zaku began patrolling the grounds around the united nations.

Voras shook his head. "If only it were so easy as to just destroy their ground forces." He replied to Trace. He heard his mumble. "If you wish to try, do so. Not only would help with your... Amusement, but it would help us understand our foe." Voras neared a fortified barricade, manned by humans. They nodded at him and Trace to go further. Past the barricade a lance of Sangheili met with him. "Fleet Master!" A orange armored officer greeted.
"Officer." Voras replied with a nod. "Where is the Oracle?"
"Inside with the other humans." The officer then turned and led Voras to the large building that he had been in just hours before. The officer led Varas to a room called the general assembly hall. It was a massive room, packed with humans. Some were wounded, some were dead. All had the same dumbfound expression on their face. Shock. On stage at the front was a human man trying to keep people calm. Near the front stage stood three humans that had been eyeing Voras the moment he had entered the room. The oracle floated next to them. When Voras reached them one of the humans talked first. "We didn't have time to evacuate. Most of the security council is still here, and they want to know what the hell is going on. Follow me." And voras followed, along with the oracle. The sangheili officer went back outside.
"I see. If you are here to help, then help. But you shall obey our orders. Should you attack us I do not need to tell of the consequences." Idyu paused to let it sink in, then turned to his com officer. "Break off all seraph wings." He still had coms opened to Acies. "Coordinate our attack, fire at will!" He ordered.
The seraphs that had originally went to destroy the unknowns now turned back around to focus their attack on the behemoth that is the alien starship.

Abbadon was disappointed. He loves conflict. Abbadon disengaged from the unknown targets and proceeded back to the ground. "Martians are extremely dense. They'll never retreat unless we take out the commanding ship, and even then its not a guarantee.

Trace was following Voras and let out a grown hearing the news "so no surrender only genocide" Trace turned to Voras and asked "genocide is your specialty right? ... ether way im still going to try and jack one of there walkers you never know what you can learn from one or two ... or eight" he said the last part in a near mutter.

Voras followed the human, knowing that they were either going to beg for his help, or blame him for the whole invasion. They entered another large room, this one far less filled. Around maybe 40 or 50 humans sat or stood in the room around a large circular table. "Ambassadors, I present to you the leader of the Covenant Empire." The human he followed announced on him entering.
Voras turned to the floating orb at his side. "Oracle, what is the meaning of this?"
"There is a high probability that the humans wish to ask for our assistance on defeating these invaders." Clarion replied.
One human stood as the fleetmaster approached. "We have a lot we need to discuss..."
"Indeed." Voras replied then mentally sighed.

"Understood" Acies says firmly, turning towards the front of the bridge. "Full shields, all weapons active, launch all fighters, focus all fire on the alien entity!" He shouts over the ships coms as both ships started to turn towards the mothership. Both ships powered up there weapons and began letting loose a volley of torpedoes lasers and emp pulses as 200 fighters began to flood out of the two ships, "all fighters form in to wings and begin attacking!" He says as they form up and move in, all letting loose weapons fire on the mothership.

Trace let out a sigh of his own "this is why i normally work alone less trouble and no hierarchy or anything anything like that to answer to... well that and the larger pay never hurt" he finished with a grin "now i say we get this over with asap and get back to kicking ass so i can get back to some of my pet projects"

"Shall we get started?" The human asked, then gestured for Voras to stand near the center of the table then moved to his seat. A female human next to him then adjusted a microphone and put on a headset, for translating to the other ambassadors Voras thought, then spoke. "My name is Samantha Powers and I am the representative of the United States of America to the United Nations. I doubt you remember our introductions from before when you first arrived, considering you on your colleague rushed out as soon as you burst in, but I don't doubt you will remember us now." The woman began to look nervous and glanced over at the other representatives and ambassadors. "I would like ask you to help us in our time of need against these... Invaders." The second she stopped another representative stood from their seat and started shouting. Voras recognized the language as Russian. "What and the hell are you thinking?! These creatures could very well have lead the other aliens here! Why are we even gathered here to have a pathetic meeting when a war wages mere blocks away? You are mad if you think that... Thing will give a damn about us. Even if it decides to help us, it will only be for it's own goals in the end!" Arguments began breaking our across the chamber and Voras quickly grew tired of it. "Quiet!" He shouted, immediately the room grew silent as ambassadors stared at him. "I need not waste my time listening to your bickering when I have a war to win. These creatures dared attack my fleet, now they shall pay. The only reason we have not left your world to burn at their hands is the fact that the oracle, which has spent most of it's time on this world speaking to you, has asked that I defend you. Were it not for that, your world would likely already be ash. You must either rise together or fall, the choice is yours." He paused for a moment and shook his head. "I shall evacuate what civilians I can, but no more in the future. Settle your squabbles, or your world will burn." With that Voras turned and walked away. The oracle stayed silent and simply followed. Voras looked over to trace as they walked out and said. "With leaders like that, this world is doomed." Trace rubbed his temples lightly before letting out a sigh "normally i wold say he was being kinda harsh but honestly " he said before turning turned to the door before continuing "he is right you all need to get your shit together Before It's Too Late" before following Voras out. Back outside Trace turned to Voras and asked "how fast do you think we can get this done so we can just leave" before setting on one of the ligers paw "this people cant see the situation past there own ego if these where the type of humans you dealt with im starting to see why you dont like them".

Acies turns to one of his soldiers, shouting at them; "I want troops on the ground too! And get me a shuttle, I want to oversee this personally. until I get back, Jarvis will be in charge" he says in a firm tone. "Yes sir" the robot says in a cold, unfeeling tone, saluting him."preperations are already birng made, and a shuttle is ready in the hangar". "Good, soldier. Ill head there now, notify the phoenix of the situation" he says, storming off towards the hangar of the ship. Once he arives he finds a shuttle waiting, and boards it, along with 5 or 6 higher ranking soldiers. As they take off, the ship begins to launch pods at the ground, the shuttle flew through the air, heading towards the un. "Are squads alpha through zeta deployed?" Acies says to one of the commanders as metal shells rain down on the streets below planting themselves in the ground and flying open as troops begin to pour out, securing the area. "Yes sir, troops are on the ground and linked with the generals as we speak, they have begun securing a defensive line" we should arive at the un soon, shall I send the abbadon a message to notify the humans there that we will be ariving?" The officer says, staring at Acies, expectantly looking at him. "Yes, do that now, we wouldent want to anger the welcome party now would we?". At this, the shuttle proceeds to the UN and a signal is broadcast to abbadon asking to notify them

Voras looked to Trace and shook his head. "I feel as if this is only the beginning. The humans I fought, that I killed, I hold respect for. They too fought for their survival, but they did not squabble with each other when their survival was at stake." As they left the building Voras noticed that his Scarab and his troops had began pushing toward the city center, leaving the UN clear for the most part save some humans and a lance (squad) of Sangheili. Just then a soldier to his left shouted out, a human. "Incoming! Get down!" He pointed up then dove into a small cement crater for cover. Voras barely had time to react before he was knocked back by the impact a very large object on the pavement before him. The object was as large as dropship, and easily carried enough troops to give them trouble. Voras pulled out his Carbine just as a few doors on the side started to open. From the object came a perfect line of machines, armored and ready to fight. He could tell however that these machines were in no way similar in design to the tripods they had been fighting. And that only confused Voras. "Keidran! What are those?"

Sliding of ligers paw and drawing his pistols "im not sure but i think someone is trying steal my style that ... and i kinda want one".Before anymore could be said his coms came to life again and ikaros voice was heard "Nagato said she is ready for sortie" Trace grinned before replying "good send luna to load her up it looks like it is time to give those guns a try".

As they stood staring at the machines, weapon's raised, Voras heard a massive blaring noise from far away. The sound was followed by a hiss and a massive flash of red light that must have blinded half of the city. Voras looked to find the source and several kilometers away it was the Transcendence, she had fired her energy projector at the Martian warship that hung above them. The hissing must have been the vessels shields holding against the blast. "We do not have time to stand here. We can not destroy this ship from the outside." Voras quickly contacted the fleet. "Idyu, unknown machines have been deployed to our position, yet they have not attacked."
Above the city the fight still dragged on. However it seemed more like the Aliens were toying with the covenant then actually fighting them. Idyu received a comunication from Voras and quickly put it through. "We have discovered more unknowns, these ones appear to be human and have pledged their service to us. They have deployed troops to assist."
"Understood. I shall question them myself later." Voras then contacted Abbadon. "Report back to us machine, we are moving to the city center." He shut off his coms and gestured to his fellow Sangheili to lower their weapons and follow him. "The Keidran shall clear the way, move out warriors!"
"Wait, you're just going to leave us!?" A human soldier questioned.
"Your leaders decided to argue rather then fight. Blame them." Voras replied.
"You'll leave hundreds of civilians to die for those idiots? Your no better then the other aliens." The soldier rebutted.
"Fine, rally who you can and follow us. We shall extract as many as we can in the city center." Voras said. The soldier simply nodded and moved away. "Keidran, make sure your freighter is ready to extract as many as we can."

As Rusev told his men about the the Covenant on the Human homeworld ,they all stood there amazed and eyes full of fear. Rusev spoke loudly to his men "We will go to the land where the Covenant are and aid as many humans as he can, we will evacuate them to safer areas of the continent and hope for low casualties, understood?" "Yes sir!" The soldiers replied. As everyone loaded on the ship Rusev knew the Covenant weren't going down without a fight.

Not looking away from the drop ship for a bit before climbing back up liger and back into the cockpit and hit his coms "ikaros slight change of planes send solis and luna to the large park in the middle of the city" he said as the cockpit closed "welp sweep and clear i can do that .. i think?" he muttered as the liger took of down the main road.
