summery:the flames of world war two raged on across the globe but something much darker was was lurking just bellow the waves. Strange symbiotic life forms watched as the war was fought before copying our own vessels to use against all sides for what purpose is still unknown . Now with a larger threat to all sides they must team up to fight to not just there country but the human race as a whole.
1. ships can be traded between players after missions(re assigned)
2. no copy of ships (two sharing the same name ie: mutsu and another mutsu but two ships of the same class are ok ie: mutsu and nagato)
3.ships that never where built are allowed as long as it was possible at the time and most of its specification are known
4. due to timeline and balance ships built after late 1942 cost a extra point on there class (super battleships are not counted to this rule)
5. ship's tenders are mainly to keep ships/subs/seaplanes armed without having to return to ports but in this can repair up to mid damage to ships and will add a little move chance of not sinking
6.the enemy has two main basses in {the dragons triangle and the devils triangle(the two basses have a strong seemingly never ending storm with no current way to get to them )} and a sub basses scattered through the seas
7.you are not the master of navel combat you will get hit
8.heavy damaged ships will have to return to a port or floating dry dock to repair (until they are they will not be able to fight at all obviously) (ships heavily damaged will have a rng to sink)
9.sunk ships will be put on a list on the s.u and cant be re acquired
10.carriers plane stock must be restocked when lost (also carriers may use planes they did not have for a extra point)(battleships will only have two spotter planes)
11.some concept ships are allowed as long as estimated capability are known and it was able to be made at the time... but no
Project Habakkuk for that ship is just to strange.
