Victor Lexx Crowe slowly blinked away blinding golden light to find it replaced by complete darkness. He had no idea where he was, that is until he used his new found gift. He was in a small living room, and a man was nearby. The man was identified with blue outline of sort, and he'd come to understand that blue meant friendly. He couldn't see anything else in the house, but he had a feeling that he didn't want to stay in some random person's house in the middle of the night. It was also safe to assume that this wasn't the other man's house, because from the way he was looking about confused. He chose to stay silent however, he didn't want to risk detection just yet.

"Musashi your in charge while im away" Adam said before his charm glowed and in a flash of light he was gone. When the light dissipated Adam was left alone in a random house from the looks "well i can safely say im not on the base anymore way to quiet ... now to figure out where i am".

"Hey, whose there!" Victor heard from the other side of the house, he immediately drew his pistol but didn't raise it. A figure glowing white had made it's way into the living room and fumbled about trying to switch on a light. The lights snapped on and Victor looked at a young man, who seemed to be on the verge of shitting himself. Now that the lights were on Victor glanced over at the other guy who seemed as confused as he did, the guy was wearing what seemed to be an old navy uniform, but from where he didn't know. The young guy looked like he just woke up, he wasn't wearing pants or a shirt, just boxers. Victor opened his mouth to speak but as soon as he did the guy ran back down a hallway and slammed a door behind him. Victor could here the poor guy fumbling around and dialing up the police too. He looked over at the man in the navy uniform. "I'm gonna assume you got here the same way I did, so lets get the hell out of here and find out why." He walked to the front door, unlocked it, and walked outside into what looked like a relatively small suburban town.

Adam took a moment to just blink to process everything before what the man said finally registered and followed Victor outside "this is kinda normal for me except it is normally a woman and more times then not she is shit faced" Adam said with a sigh. as he looked outside and saw some pine trees in the distance "welp im in the usa but wrong state... as for your earlier question i doubt we got here the same way".

"Oh, really? Mystical ancient artifact, bright flash of light?" He asked with a shake of his head. They had to get out of here, the police would be here soon, and he'd rather not kill them. He'd rather not steal a car either, but since he already broke the law unintentionally, he might as well break it some more. He walked down the block and found an older looking compact car, probably owned by some teenager. Not big loss to lose this piece of shit. He unceremoniously broke the window and got in. He began working on hot wiring the thing.

"We're going to get arrested if stay here." He said, looking up. "I need to find my friends and find out what the hell just happened to transport us. That's the only reason I'm even letting you tag along." He managed to get the car started and grinned. If you wanna stay here and get arrested, be my guest. You're not exactly a hard to recognize person." He said with a gesture to the uniform.

"hey there is nothing wrong with my dress whites and besides a dude in a hoodie and a ak-47 is not very inconspicuous ether" he said with some annoyance before letting out a sigh and hopping into the passenger seat "and honestly the teleporting thing is not that hard to explain ... the location of you friends is a whole nother matter entirely" he said in a matter of fact tone.

Victor simply shook his head in response. "We'll see about that." After about an hour of driving around, he actually found a highway. And that's how he figured out where they were. They were still in California, and relatively near an Assassin safehouse as well. Only a few towns over.

Adam questioned hoping to get at lest some bearing as to what in the world he just got dragged into this time."maybe it wold have been better if i just stayed back at the base" he said absentmindedly as he starred out the window.

"A safehouse in Templeton. We'll meet up with my friends and try to figure out what happened. We need to find out what kind of artifact you found, and if it could be a danger to others." He left out the part that they'd kill him if it was. Another hour and a half later and they made it Templeton. The safehouse was located underneath a local library. Not very creative, but it's the best they got. He parked the car in a nearby alley and made his way over to the building, the entrance to the safehouse would be underneath a large but easily movable dumpster. It was still late at night, and no one would see them. But for some reason, Victor couldn't find the dumpster, or the entrance to safehouse. "I was just here, a few hours ago... " He muttered to himself. It was as if it had disappeared.

"your safe house is the ally way outside a library " Adam asked with a raised eyebrow hopping he did not join up with some escaped mental patient "and as for my artifact is i know exactly what it is how do you think i got here in the first place hell a mater of fact i shod have just went the ocean and went on my way back to Hawaii"he said as he leaned on the car to watch the suspected nut job confuse himself.

"Akashi and Yuubari? What!? Never mind. You think that thing is magical? No, it's just advanced beyond your comprehension." He responded. He wasn't gonna give up his name to this guy, even if he was wearing a uniform. So he gave up an alias instead. "Name's Michael. And I need to find out everything about your artifact." He asked and turned to him.
